THE HOME

The elegant oceanfront home is two stories with the main dwelling on the top floor and two complete rental suites on the garden level. The top floor is stunningly appointed and comes furnished, it features three spacious bedrooms, a massive covered veranda, and an inviting open concept living space with a kitchen, dining space and office, providing the perfect environment for both relaxation and productivity.

The two guest bedrooms on the North wing of the home have their own private bathrooms, air conditioning and sliding glass doors to the covered veranda. Decorated with flowy linen drapes, white cushions on wicker furniture and drift wood accents, the veranda space blends with the breezy beachy vibe of Isla Carenaro and offers an element of privacy from the indoor living, dining, and kitchen area.

The interior of the home is designed for entertaining, as you enter you arrive at a great big dining table lit by a massive chandelier... an exciting level of class for our archipelago! Behind the dining area is the modern open kitchen, with a dishwasher, offering beautiful views of the Caribbean sea from every angle via the panoramic windows. Behind the kitchen is the office, and a large walk in pantry, with a door to the secret garden view rancho. Last but not least, the overstuffed sofa for eight in the spacious sea view lounge, calls for some long conversations and cocktails.

On the South wing of the home is the master suite with its double vanity bathroom and walk in closet, there is a loft in the bathroom for easily accessible attic storage. The Master bedroom has its own veranda facing the sea and is equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort, ensuring a restful nights sleep....but first, the afterparty! a BBQ lounge in the backyard, is ideal for hosting card games and that one last drink.
