The natural topography of the farm offers various building sites, each with their own unique and uniterrupted ocean view. One of the suggested building sites has a 360 degree view all the way up to Volcan Baru, 150 kms away.

Top of the line pasture grasses sprawl across the hills, providing the ideal nourishment for your four legged homestead friends. Abundant areas of fertile black soil are ideal for orchards and vegetable gardens.

There are several all year springs on the property, one of which leads into a waterfall, and there is a creek that runs along the bottom of the farm with water year round.

The paved road that runs along the property’s border allows an easy connection to municipal electricity. Up there in the high lands of Tole you’re sure to recieve great cell signal.
