THE HOME

This solid 4 bedroom home sits proudly on an Eastern facing peninsula of Isla Solarte. A concrete path with steps leads the way from the 2 bay boat house up to the beautiful home, passing a storage unit on the way. Made of concrete, the home is a split level design with a third story loft, for an open and contemporary feel. The main floor has a wrap around deck with a plunge pool and outdoor kitchen, and plenty of outdoor covered space.

The entire Eastern wall of the home opens with sliding glass doors to absorb the incredible view, and on this floor you will find the open concept kitchen, a den with a tv, a small office nook, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Up the first staircase is a master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, and its own veranda looking over the plunge pool. This room also has interior windows which open the room to the great room where the kitchen and living space is located half a story below. A second staircase leads to a loft which is currently used as a 3rd bedroom, it also has a half bathroom, and its own mini loft/ attic space.
