THE LAND

The land is a series of small hills with large flat meadows closest to the river. There are three flat plots of land perched on top of hills with views of Talamanca mountain range and Volcan Baru.

A well engineered and maintained road, leads you from the highway, through 32 Hectares of gorgeous grass lands dotted with large shading trees. Cattle and horses currently graze the fields and some sections of the property are gated for vegetable gardens, where aji, plantain, bananas, and Yucca grow.

A meandering creek runs year round and cuts diagonally through the property, it might serve the community well to establish a power generating turbine. On the North Border of the property the creek meets with the Robalo river, here you will find pools deep enough to swim, and shaded fields, ideal for communal grounds and soccer games. With a river boat, you can reach the sea via the Chiriqui Lagoon in 1 hour.
