THE BUILDINGS

Inspired by the surrounding nature, the Boutique Scuba Lodge is 100% off-grid and powered by solar energy. Water comes from a fresh local spring and rainwater harvesting. Three charming cabins have been carefully designed for maximum airflow and epic views to provide comfortable guest accommodation. Each cabin is stylishly furnished and has its own sea-view veranda and en-suite bathroom. The first two are identical, with king-size beds that can be converted into two singles for ultimate occupancy flexibility. The third cabin has two private bedrooms with one indoor bathroom, and one outdoor bathroom, its ideal for groups of 4 or travelling friends. In addition to the cabins, a garden suite room is located below the restaurant, offering an additional accommodation. The Guanabana Bar/Restaurant is the perfect place to enjoy the golden hour with a refreshing cocktail overlooking the Pacific Ocean while waiting for dinner to be served. The fifth building is currently the owner's home with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

LA PROPRIÉTÉ
