Cacique is an adorable town located in the province of Colón, along the Caribbean coast of Panama. Still authentic and seemingly unexploited by mas tourism, there are ample beaches to explore. White Caribbean sand and crystal clear water are commonly found along the reef lined shores of the area. THE HOME

The four elements were honored in the artistic design of the home. Built facing West, the natural breezes are pulled through the home via floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in every room, teamed with the robust centralized air conditioning system, and breezy minimalist design Air has certainly been incorporated. Polished concrete offers an earthy cooling sensation as well as a visual retreat from the vibrant colors of the Caribbean sea and the untamable jungle that surrounds the property. The breathtaking covered veranda has a built in plunge pool, just next to a sunken seating area equipped with a fire feature.

Ultra clean, modern lines divide the space. Entering from the covered parking space through the open concept living room and kitchen, sliding doors frame a view that no words can describe. A rounded concrete bar separates the minimalist kitchen from the lounge and between them access the veranda. The bedrooms on each side of the communal space benefit from the 180 degree views of the hill top, and each of the bedrooms have their own bathroom and shower, and the master has a walk in closet. The covered veranda is where mornings, afternoons and evenings are spent in complete privacy, but wide open. The home was built with the capacity to add a second level, on top of the air conditioning and water reservoir of 14000 liters.
