Located in the heights of Cerro Verde, 7 of the 11 Hectares of the High Altitude Coffee Farm are currently growing mature coffee plants. The beans are being sold to a near-by trading post and are composed of 87% Arabica and 13 % Caturra. 2 Hectares of the Farm are currently used for lodging, vegetable gardens and pasture for 2 cows, with lots of flat land available for further development. Two or more Hectares of the High Altitude Coffee Farm remain wild jungle.
This Farm is only half an hour from the restaurants, grocery stores which promote the specialty chocolate and coffee of beautiful Boquete, a well known ex-pat haven in Chiriqui.
1 rustic home stands on the property with incredible views of the pacific , Volcan Baru and the low lands of Western Panama. There is a workshop and third rustic building to house temporary coffee pickers.
