Improvements made to the San Francisco Luxury Villa include the following:

Kitchen- A truly gourmet kitchen, with Italian designer appliances, custom cabinets, island with sink and a walk in pantry,

Closets- Custom bedroom closets, with desirable built in features throughout the house.

Walls- Newly surfaced interior and exterior walls, surfaces were made straight and square. Exterior walls have a special two step hard coating trowelled on to prevent surface cracking, and to add texture. Two coats of paint were then applied by hand. The Interior was hand painted in cream coloured paint.

Doors and Windows- Openings were all made square and uniform in height. Interior and exterior doors and window moldings were custom made on site from steel reinforced concrete. The Cedar doors and windows were custom made on site.

Floors- New concrete floors were poured on all levels, highest quality 60cm Italian porcelain floor tiles throughout, marble pattern.

Roof- New steel roof trusses, new terracotta tile roofs, with large overhangs to insulate upstairs rooms. The tower was given a new style to add more height, Built in and concealed gutters and downspouts were installed to redirect stormwater away from the front and rear of the house and yards to the municipal storm sewers via gutters.

Electricity- New underground electric service, Excessive amounts of new electric service! Most rooms have accommodations for a large screen TV with concealed in-wall wiring conduit, and extra wall outlets in all rooms. Built in LED lighting under the eaves on both living levels and tower is unique in the neighborhood.

Plumbing- New water supply and drain lines, Eleven zones of Lennox inverter air conditioning units, with condensate drains built in,

Landscaping- New stamped concrete sidewalk for front walkway, driveway, patios, balconies, and terraces, and covered sidewalks around the perimeter of the house. Restored privacy/security walls surrounding property, three extensive outdoor terraces are new and provide for outdoor entertaining. The existing pool was redesigned, coated in Diamond Bright, and new pump and filter where installed. A newly constructed pool house was added with a shower, pump room, storage room, and area for BBQ,
