A freshly paved road leads to the gate of Vista Linda, about 10 minutes from town. The community sits at a nice elevation and has 6 homes within it, each tucked privately into the natural greenery, under the shade of the jungle canopy.

THE HOME

A short walk from the road and parking area, winds you down a lit concrete path through the communal gardens of the community to the private entrance of the home. Entering the front door, you arrive in the open concept living / kitchen space, where the dappled light of the jungle is welcomed by French doors. The veranda is a treasure, with a quaint dining corner, the breeziest hammock spot, and space for your yoga mat in the middle. This lovely outdoor covered space looks down onto a marshland that will never be developed.

Towards the back of the home is the big bedroom, the bathroom and a secondary room which could be used as a bedroom or an office. Under the home, you will find the laundry room, 2 large water tanks ( which are set up for both municipal water and rain catchment) and plenty of storage. The home sits on a brand new seismically engineered foundation, and under the house could easily be transformed into a beautiful garden suite for a rental. The home also has a new roof, about 3 years old.
