THE HOME

Watch Dolphins play from your own deck! This simple two story home has lovely elevation and offers incredible sunset views and North breezes from the wrap around veranda. With a comfortable seating area as well as a gorgeous 8 seater raw edge dining room table, there is plenty of space to entertain guests for sunset dinner parties. At the back of the house there is jungle patio as well, for shady afternoon tea.

Inside the house, two bedrooms wing the open concept kitchen living area. The west bedroom is the guest suite with its own bathroom and ample storage space. The East bedroom is slightly larger and has the master bathroom and walk in closet.

The downstairs is partly a workshop, and partly a bedroom/bathroom for a caretaker to maintain the home while the owners might be on holidays or work trips. The ground level is large, and could be finished nicely to expand living quarters or to rent out to other sailors cruising by.

A road from the private dock leads up to the home, and it comes equipped with an Yamaha Rhino truck to keep grocery trips stress free!
