The property is located on the leeward side of the island in an extremely private area of Isla Bastimentos near Salt Creek. Uniquely, the coastline of Residencia Natural transitions quickly from lush wild jungle to 101 meters of exquisite golden, sandy beach and calm waters. On the first floor there are two identical units, which are loft style apartments with 1 bedroom each. These apartments measure 80 m2 (860 ft2) each and provide large waterfront loft spaces with full sized kitchens, dining spaces and sitting areas. In the open loft areas are King sized beds, and at rear of the units are the separate bedrooms currently furnished with two single beds. These apartments have 1 full sized bathroom each. On the second floor there is a 3 bedroom apartment which measures 168 m2 (1,812 ft2). This suite provides a master bedroom with a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a 2nd bed-room with a Queen size bed, and a third bedroom with two to four single beds, and a separate 2nd full bathroom. Also Included within the boundaries of the property is a wooden house with a zinc roof measuring 7.31 m. x 7.31 m used by the property watchman, its surface is 53.50 m2 (575 ft2).
The firm land where the apartments are located has a retaining wall of natural stones which divide it from the beach, there is a wooden platform and dock built on conrete pillars, for enjoying the sun and and entering the water at a depth for swimming. The platform of this communal deck is 9.15m x 6.10m (30’x20’) with a surface of 55.80 m2 (600 ft2).

Electricity is Solar powered, with a back-up generator. Both 110 volt and 12volt systems which power the 3 full size electrical fridges, 14 ceiling fans, very efficient led lighting through the building and reliable WIFI. Water for the Apartment buildings is sourced from the rain, and held in holding tanks with a total capacity of 3,600 gallons. There is a gas water-heating system, 2 pressure pumps.
AL NATURAL DIVE INN, SA, is a registered Panamanian Corporation which holds all the required licenses and registrations needed by the Panamanian Tourist Authority and the local municipality to operate a public lodging facility, specializing in short and long term stays for tourists. The property, the assets and the operation are fully insured for fire and damage, and the sale of the property can include the previously mentioned permits, the corporation, as well as the Residencia Natural Website, corporate Bank Account,company Credit Cards, and all past guest lists. The Apartments currently boast a Booking.com rating of 8.9, and Expedia rating 3 stars (which is the maximum!), and an AirBNB rating of 4.7 out of 5.
