THE HOME

This robust home is built with style and comfort in mind. Broad hallways, and open concepts make the family home an airy and friendly space, with lots of relaxing living spaces both indoor and out.

The ground floor of the home has a wonderful out door kitchen, with a 12 seat Long Table for communal dinners. Designed for hosting the Argentinian way, a huge charcoal BBQ and bar table are the centerpieces of the outdoor kitchen. This fun outdoor dining space is pool side, and insulated from the Caribbean heat by the 2 stories layered above it. Beyond the entertainment area, are 2 ground floor suites, each with their own bathrooms and private entrances. These units rent extremely well on Airbnb!

Following the wide staircase from the ground level up, leads you to the private home which occupies the second and third floor. To enter the home you pass through a large terrace with comfortable lounge furnishings and grand double doors, into the airconditioned living space. The open concept den and dining room are moderately separated from the kitchen by wooden cabinetry. On this second floor is one large bedroom and bathroom, and a large laundry room and closet. Up on 3rd floor are 2 more bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, and verandas!
