THE RESTAURANT

The restaurant has a capacity for up to 140 clients and spills out onto the road side Patio which is lit with strings of warm light. The borders of the patio are lined by bar tables for extra capacity and people watching entertainment.

As the sun sets and soggy bathing suits and cut offs turn to flowing holiday dresses, and button ups, the town comes to life in a new look, and line ups form in front of Fincas & Estancias. With 5 double beer taps of local and import specialty beer, no one goes thirsty. The four underbar refridgerators are fully stoked and equipped with the ingredients for a large list of cocktails to make the night feel special, and the 800 bottle wine cellar has five wine fridges with different temperatures for the incredible variety of wines.

Inside the restaurant is decorated in a contemporary countryside feel, to honor the source of the menu’s ingredients. Emphasis on the temperature-controlled wine room, and the display case of imported meats and cheeses, showcase the commitment to quality goods.

A pass through offers a glimpse inside the professional kitchen, where the magic happens! The professional kitchen is fully equipped with two ovens, a pizza oven for 16 pizzas, an industrial dual deep fryer, two single cook fryers, a five burner stove with an electric oven, a professional meat grill Steak board with a Marker Grill.

For cooling the restaurant provides a double and single refrigerator, one large two-door freezer, 6 deep freezers, plus refrigerators with double and single glass doors both upstairs and downstairs with brand name and advertising. Further kitchen equipment includes a stainless-steel Chef’s table, Two double sinks with high heat pressure hose for washing, a Meat Saw, a scale, blender, coffee maker, dehydrator, ice maker, vacuum sealing machine.

Servers operate a computerized system to communicate orders to the kitchen, and ease the work flow and accounting of busy nights.



THE CLUB

Upstairs from the restaurant is an opportunity for extra seating, or an entirely separate business. Currently operating as “La Previa” a nightclub known as one of Bocas’ best, and booking some of the most eclectic headliners. The layout is primarily dancefloor, with a long bar aligning the back of the room and a lounge offering a swanky afterhours feel. Open 3 nights per week, the space is versatile and offers itself well to private events, business meetings, and celebrations.
