THE BUILDINGS

There are a few buildings of interest on this beautiful road accessible property, powered by solar panels and a back up generator, and plumbed with water collected from the rain. The first and most impressive building at Bocas Bay Lodge is the private home. With an open office, kitchen and dining area,1 bedroom, and 1.5 bathrooms. The expansive panoramic view of the Almirante Bay and the Drago Channel is what will put this home on your vision board. The kitchen (equipped with a wood burning pizza oven), the office, and the bedroom are aligned in a row, connected by the long dining and living space. Huge hardwood accordion doors fold down opening the whole length of the building to the fresh sea air and magnificent views.

The second building is a beautifully decorated cabana with a natural thatch roof, and Moroccan accents throughout. There are 2 bathrooms, and the living room can be converted to a second bedroom. This cabin has a lovely outdoor kitchen for guests who which to cater for themselves, and is quickly booked up as soon as the owners open the calander.

Between the two buildings is a round rancho, which could easily be turned into a third cabana. This open space is currently being used as an outdoor gym. Below the rental cabin and the gym is a natural infinity pool, built off the property's unique rock features. Sloping towards the magnificent view, the pool is completely private, thanks to the wall of flowering shrubs around it. A staircase leads down to the sea's edge where there is a small rock dock and boat shelter.

The last structure to note, is a huge workshop located closest to the road side. It is used by the current owner for building custom furniture, and the home itself! Under it is a massive cisturn, so this property will never go without water.
