LOS INMUEBLES

The main home has its own driveway from the Asphalted road, and is protected by a thickly planted land mass. The three bedrooms each have their own airconditioners, there are 2 bathrooms, a kitchen a dining room, a living room, as well as an outdoor mud room with washer and dryer, and large covered parking.  

The Cabana has an open concept kitchen and dining area, a bedroom and 1 bathroom. It is fully fenced, meaning this pet friendly rental can put you on the Airbnb map! 

Both the main home and the Cabana are equipped with an alarm system and have on demand propane hot water systems. 

The employee house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open concept kitchen and living room plus a room for laundry and storage. 

Each of the buildings receive their water from the property’s own well, and have access to city electricity. 

 

LA TIERRA

The Riverfront coffee farm is accessable via an ashphalted road off the Volcan-Rio Sereno highway. It has 2 gated entrances, one near the employee house, and the other towards the main home. 

The employee home and the cabana sit on a plateau near the road, from there the property slopes down past the flat building site of the main home, and down through the coffee plantation. At the base of the property are fruit trees and a band of primary forest along the banks of the guisado river. 

 

EL NEGOCIO

Many of the coffee plants were planted 12 years ago and are producing at max capacity, some have been replaced and in time will meet the production value of the originals.

The 5000 plants are harvested once a year, and there is some infrastructure on site to dry the beans, though they can be sold in their freshly picked state. A hand driven mill to remove the pulp, tanks to wash the beans, and 6 Trays for sun drying the beans will be included in the purchase. So far the roasting, grinding and packaging has been outsourced to a facility in Río Sereno for export.
