EL HOTEL 

Extremely well rated on Booking.com at 9.9, the Dolphin Bay Boutique Hotel peacefully endured covid, and was well maintined and inhabited throughout. 

The accommodations are varied, 4 Cabanas for 2 people, 1 lodge for 4 people, 1 lodge for 6 people and what is currently used as the owner’s home. Each room at the Dolphin Bay Butique Hotel has a beautiful sea view and that private terrace that everyone needs on a relaxing vacation.

The 4 Cabanas with double occupancy have front row seats to the bay.  They are easily accessible via their own concrete path, surrounded by meticulously manicured gardens. They each have a king sized bed, ensuite bathroom and private terrace.

There is a 2 bedroom lodge with 2 king sized beds, 2 private bathrooms, a large living area and 2 private terraces with views of the bay, to house 4 guests 

The third accommodation option is the 3 bedrooms lodge, where each has a private bathroom. This building has a living room with a television, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, independent WiFi, and private terraces. 

The owner’s home sits out over the water and has 1 bedroom,a private bathroom, a living room, and private terrace.

 

THE RESTAURANT

Dine with the dolphins on stilts above the sea, at the Dolphin Bay Boutique Hotel’s restaurant. Serving guests breakfast lunch and dinner, this destination restaurant is a hot spot when open to the public. The restaurant has been rented for private events and can seat more than 30 people, with natural breezes passing through from the open bay. 

The Kitchen comes equipped with an American fridge, a large independent freezer, a BBQ, furniture, tableware, and kitchen utensils. 

 

THE OFF GRID SYSTEMS

Three independent solar systems power the collection of buildings on the property: 1 system for the 5 lodges and the restaurant, 1 system for the house on the water, and the third for the larger house on land. In addition, a new 13,000Kw generator, used as back up power, is included in the sale. Rain water collection system has a capacity of 52,000 Liters of water.
