Enjoy the best of both Panamanian environments with altitude and the sea so close by, this is an excellently located parcel of land. Perched at 350 meters elevation, the farm enjoys an excellent climate at this height which supports a huge variety of food producing plants.

The natural topography of the farm offers various building sites, each with their own unique and uninterrupted ocean view. One of the suggested building sites has a 360 degree view all the way up to Volcan Baru, 150 kms away. The build sites are now connected by driveways.

Top of the line pasture grasses sprawl across the hills, providing the ideal nourishment for your four legged homestead friends. Abundant areas of fertile black soil are ideal for orchards and vegetable gardens.

There are several all year springs on the property, one of which leads into a waterfall, and there is a creek that runs along the bottom of the farm with water year round.

The paved road that runs along the property’s border allows an easy connection to municipal electricity. Up there in the high lands of Tole you’re sure to receive great cell signal.
