More than 250m of compacted tosca road overlaying geosynthetic fabric starts at the property’s entrance, and winds across Parcel 1 to the primary hilltop building sites. There are at least 2 primary build sites on the entire property, and surely more to be exploited along the private road. The road is surveyed and will be the prescribed right-of-way for access and buried powerlines to Parcel 2. Storm water drainage is very good with a network of drainage channels, and there is a large 2+m wide by half a meter deep channel dug along the Southern fence line to the sea, where lanchas can enter.
